Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

All items are made to order. So it may take up to two weeks for your exclusive GioiaVia gear to arrive! Please be patient, we promise you will love it!

Part of my order is missing...

It is likely that if you ordered more than one item that you may recieve them seperately and at different times depending on where they were made for you. Please check your tracking to ensure they are still on the way. If there is still an issue, please let us know at contact@gioiavia.com!

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes! All tracking information is provided in your order confirmation email. If you are having trouble, please email contact@gioiavia.com and we will track it for you as soon as we can!

How can I Return an Item?

 

Please send any item you would like to return to 178 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA 01604. Please also send an email to contact@gioiavia.com explaining the reason(s) for the return and a credit claim will be processed.
